A support coordinator assists you to understand how your plan can support you to achieve your goals, increase your independence and build your capacity.
The role of a support coordinator can assist you to achieve the following:

Support to understand and implement formal and mainstream supports and services

Assistance to find, link and coordinate suitable service providers and organisations in your community.

Develop service agreements and support to manage the budget in your plan

Support to navigate the participant portal and understand how your funding is managed

Resolve queries or concerns that may arise and develop goals for future plans
